Since 2003 Kylie has been exhibiting in and around Brisbane, Interstate and Internationally.
Ever year she has held at least one SOLO art exhibition and participated in numerous group exhibitions.
Her first SOLO exhibition named NOW….No Opportunity Wasted, was held at “Hands on Art”, located at the end of the Southbank Boardwalk.
It was attended by over 200 guests, entertainment by the smooth Jazz vocals of Brisbane singer Michelle Brown and band.
It was huge success and a great way to kick off her professional leap into the life of a full-time artist.
Many solo shows later, Kylie was honored to be one of the handful of artists hand picked by Gallery 2120 owner Michael Graham where she had two very successful exhibitions in this stunning gallery space.
In November 2009 Kylie had her first SOLO exhibition “ICONIC” at Gallery 2120. After selling 11 of her paintings in this exhibition, she is followed with another successful SOLO in September 2010, where she surprised the viewer with her new Australiana inspired vibrant works, along with many of her well known cityscapes.
2011 saw much collaboration with some very talented Brisbane artists, with group exhibition throughout Brisbane. You can see Kylie’s art shown in various places around town, and in numerous art competitions.
Kylie has many more exhibitions planned with other Brisbane artists in the new year.
Kylie was also a part of the Colour in Your Life stand at the Brisbane ART EXPO held at the Convention Centre, Brisbane.
She has participated in more group shows than she can remember and her paintings are well sought after.
Kylie is now proudly represented by The Manly Gallery and she had an exhibition with Fellow artist De Gillet in August this year.
Watch this space for upcoming exhibitions…so much more to come in 2017.
